This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be addressed. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.

This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.5 procedures. Submit only written quotations for RFQ F2QT143238AC01 in response to this solicitation.

This solicitation document, incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-69 Effective August 1, 2013.

This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business under NAICS Code 541519 with a $25,500,000.00 size standard.

1. DESCRIPTION:

See Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed description of services.

The government requires the following items:

Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, materials and other items and services necessary to provide upgrades to the existing deployed wireless capabilities to a fully information assurance certified NIPR wireless. System reconfiguration or re-submission of the IA approval process is not desired. JITC and DoD approved NIPR wireless devices, that can operate with current equipment are required. Services will be performed Joint Task Force Civil Support, Fort Eustis, Virginia, for 12 months from date of award in accordance with the Statement of Work.
