Depot repair of the Improved Altitude Hold and Hover Stabilization
(IAHHS) System
Applicable to the HH-60G Aircraft
This acquisition is to establish a firm-fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of repairing Noun: System Electronics Unit (SEU)(NSN: 5998-01-623-0775GC; P/N: 201124536-01), System Interface Unit (SIU)( NSN: 5998-01-623-1130GC; P/N: 3201-0103-103-1) and the Altitude Hover Hold Stabilization (AHHS) Control Panel (ACP)(NSN: 5998-01-623-1136GC; P/N: 3201-0002-03-1) for the HH-60G Helicopter. This is a one-time contract to satisfy the existing urgent requirement of the government.
The BEQ for NSN: 5998-01-623-0775GC; P/N: 3201-0101-03-1 shall be a total of 8 each.
The BEQ for NSN: 5998-01-623-1136GC; P/N: 3201-0002-03-1 shall be a total of 6 each.
The BEQ for NSN: 5998-01-623-1130GC; P/N: 3201-0103-103-1 shall be a total of 6 each.
Inspection and Acceptance will be at F.O.B. Origin. Destination: Robins AFB, GA 31098-1887. Routine Delivery: 120 calendar days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. SURGE and MICAP is 60 work days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. SURGE and MICAP delivery orders shall take precedence over routine repair, and the delivery schedule shall be adjusted accordingly based on concurrence between the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO), and the contractor.
This is a sole source requirement to DRS ICAS, LLC, 2601 Mission Point Blvd, Ste 250, Beavercreek, OH, 45431-6600. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
