The Naval Hospital Contracting Office, Bremerton, WA intends to issue an award pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) on a sole source basis to Depuy Synthes Sales, Inc. for patient specific surgical supplies. The required items are invasive devices, prescribed by the patient's physician/surgeon and determined to by the physician/surgeon to be best suited to meet the medical, health and lifestyle needs of the patient for whom it is required. Applicable NAICS is 339112 with a size standard of 1000. This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and 13.
