The US Army Futures Command, Combat Capabilities Development Command – Soldier Center (CCDC-SC), Natick Contracting Division, intends to award a firm, fixed-price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Government Requirements, for additional 100 yard rolls of Desert and Woodland MARPAT mid-weight twill, as well as complete physical testing reports for each specification.

Brittany Global Technologies is the only responsible source capable of providing the required print patterns, as they maintain and are the only remaining printer capable of running the MCCUU MARPAT prints.

A firm-fixed-price contract will be issued. This is not a request for quotes. No solicitation package is available. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
