This notice is to advise the public of the Government's intent to procure the vessel "Desert Princess" directly from the current Concessioner at Lake Mead National Recreation Area, NV. National Park Service concession contract CC-LAKE004-88 expires September 30, 2012. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), 6.3402-1: Only on responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements has been sited and approved in the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition.
