Please see the attached market research RFI regarding the new Durban Counsulate Lease Fit-Out (LFO) project. 

The purpose of this RFI is to accomplish market research pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, and to identify businesses capable of performing the functions described herein. The government is requesting information regarding the availability and feasibility of attracting firms to support the requirements of THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) for the Lease Fit-Out (LFO) construction of a Consulate in Durban, South Africa.
