REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACT FOR NEW ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING FOR DOUGLASVILLE – DOUGLAS COUNTY WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY 8763 Hospital Drive Douglasville, Georgia 30134 December 1, 2021 RFP #184 The Douglasville – Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority (the “Authority”) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms for a design-build contract for the design and construction of a new Administrative Building and renovation of the existing Administrative Building on the Authority’s campus located at 8763 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134 (the “Administrative Campus”). Parties interested in this Request for Proposals must obtain a copy of the full RFP at no cost by contacting the Authority’s Senior Procurement Specialist, Joseph Morency by email at [email protected] or in person at the Authority’s Administrative Campus. It is the responsibility of each Offeror to undertake such inspections of the proposed building site as each Offeror deems necessary prior to submission of a proposal. The dates on which the Administrative Campus will be available for on-site inspection will be presented at the Pre-Proposal Conference or may be arranged with Michelle Moore, Project Engineer, at (770) 949-7617. All work will be performed on property owned by the Authority. The Contractor shall be responsible for all permits required for construction of the project. Proposals will be received by the Authority at its Administrative Campus until the date and time listed below. Proposals shall be sealed and mailed or delivered to the Authority so that they are received no later than the date and time listed below. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted.
