The Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) is soliciting responses from registered engineers / architects interested in providing professional services for the following project: GDC-21-VALD-SP-006 Mental Health Level Three HVAC Systems Valdosta State Prison 3259 Val Tech Rd. Valdosta GA 31602 General Project Description: This project includes the installation of HVAC systems in the Level 3 Mental Health Units. These units are F1, G2, H1, H2, and J2. This will include completing electrical surveys to determine if the existing electrical system will support added HVAC units and also structural surveys may be needed for the existing roof systems. The scope of design services shall include preparation of schematic design and design development documents, construction documents, bidding assistance, and construction contract administration.
