THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY.  THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE, NOR IS THIS A SOLICITATION IN ANY FORM.

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation.  It is the intent of the Contracting Office to use this for acquisition planning and market research purposes only.   

Any responses to this sources sought is strictly voluntary and is not a commitment by the Government.  The Government will not reimburse any responders for any cost incurred for the participation in this sources sought.

Interested firms must have a place of business/working office within a 350 mile radius from Portland OR.

Instructions:

1.     All responders must provide their organizational name, CAGE Code, DUNS number, complete address, point of contact (first and last name, telephone number, email address)

2.     All responders shall indicate:

•-       Small Business Qualifications (Business Size, 8(a), HUB Zone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, etc.).

3.     Construction Bonding Levels

SCOPE:

Provide all tools, equipment, parts, supplies, transportation, labor and supervision to design and build all necessary tenant improvements of office space within the Gus Solomon US Courthouse located in Portland OR.  Work to consist of but not limited to construction trades consisting of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and flooring. 

Estimated Price Range - Between $100,000 and $250,000
