This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will
not be issued.
(ii) The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a fixed-price commercial item contract in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ) CCHCF-IHS1382166. This solicitation is issued on a Buy Indian Set-Aside per 25 U.S.C. 47.
(iii) The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02.
(iv) The associated North American Industry Classification System code is 334111 and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees.

(vi) PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT: Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility is requiring a refresh of computers. SEE SPECIFICATIONS
(vii) Date and Place of Delivery: Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Highway 191 Hospital Drive, Chinle, AZ 86503
(viii) PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT: All equipment shall be Brand New DELL equipment. See attached Brand Name Justification.
(ix) Evaluation Factors: Technical Capability, Warranty Terms, Delivery Lead Time. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.
CONTRACTING OFFICER AUTHORITY: Authority to negotiate changes in the terms, conditions or amounts cited in this contract is reserved for the Contracting Officer.
