Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids will be received by the Desoto County Board Of Supervisors for renovations and repairs to the Visitor Center and Tourism Offices located in Southaven, Mississippi, until 2:00 pm local daylight time on the 24th day of March 2020. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, the right to reject one or all bids and the option to postpone action and final decision for a period of up to thirty (30) calendar days. 1.05 TO: POTENTIAL BIDDERS A. Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may also be obtained from the office of the Architect upon receipt of a refundable deposit, by cash, in the amount of $100 for one set. C. Partial sets will not be issued. D. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid. 1. Bid Bond must be submitted to the office of the Desoto County Board of Supervisors prior to the time of the Bid Due Date. E.
