The Project consists of constructing new sidewalk along Old Loganville Road and Tuck Rd along with stormwater, water, and sewer force main, as well as site improvements within Destination Park, including landscaping, hardscaping, restroom building, pavillion, playground shade structures, asphalt paving, and walking trail reconstruction. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
