Sealed Bids for the construction of the Destination Park Sidewalk, Utility, and Site Improvements – Phase 1 will be received, by the City of Loganville, at City Hall, 4303 Lawrenceville Road, Loganville, Georgia 30052, until 2:00 PM local time on September 6, 2022, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing new sidewalk along Old Loganville Road and Tuck Rd along with stormwater, water, and sewer force main, as well as landscaping and a restroom building in Destination Park. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.
