Notice of Intent to award as a sole source requirement to ARC Imperial Valley (298 E Ross Ave, El Centro, CA 92243) to provide meal services for detainees. Successful contractor is required to be able to operate in the local Calexico area, able to feed up to 100 individuals three times a day, and meet all other requirements of the Statement of Work.

This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by Friday, September 20, 2019 at 9:00am Arizona time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
