The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, Panama City, Florida intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to TriCircle Company, 1183 Garner Creek Rd., Lilburn, GA 30047-5379 to study basic research in mathematical optimization techniques that impact signal and image processing in seawater. Tools and algorithms will be developed to implement the results of the research.   Tricircle employs the leading expert personnel with unique knowledge of the problem to be solved and techniques that are to be utilized.  Delivery of results will be to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018.  Period of performance will be a base year of 12 months from the date of award, and 1 option (if exercised) for 12 months.  Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees.  Award will be based on a fair and reasonable price.  Award will be made on or about Oct 26,2015.  Point of Contact: [email protected]
