The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Lockheed Martin MS2, POB 4840, Syracuse, NY 13221-4840 for a continuation of basic research for the development of unique mathematical and statistical algorithms.  The algorithms are very sophisticated and require specialized knowledge to use properly thus another vendor cannot easily or cost-effectivaely duplicate them.  Results will be delivered to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, BLDG 100, 101 Vernon Ave, Panama City, FL 32407-7018.  NAICS 541511
