The US Army Corps of Engineers - Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Geospatial Research Laboratory (GRL) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order to Meadowgate Technologies (DUNS: 149275609; CAGE Code: 3XAG2) for one NVIDIA DGX Station Multi-GPU Desktop system in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1).

Our market research has shown that the manufacturer of this product currently uses only Meadowgate Technologies as an authorized reseller. The NVIDIA DGX Station Supercomputer is unique because it is the only system on the market that meets all 3 of the following specifications:

• Pre-loaded with the following deep learning algorithm frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, , Caffe, and Caffe2, MXNet; in addition to deep learning user software such as NVIDIA Digits.

• The DGX Station comes pre-configured with multiple NVIDIA state of the art GPUs that are compatible with the CUDA and CUDNN libraries that are required to run the majority of deep learning techniques. No other manufacturer currently manufactures a GPU with anything near the capability of the NVIDIA Tesla V100 GPU nor do GPUs other than those manufactured by NVIDIA allow for accelerated processing using CUDA and CUDNN (i.e. these libraries are only compatible with NVIDIA GPUs).

• The unit is portable which will enable experimentation with in-field data processing at the point of collection
