The DHA requires increased capacity and capability of HAIMS by purchasing maintenance and support services for exisitng Nuance Notable Solutions, Inc (NSi) Autostore licenses, manufactured by Nuance Notable Solutions, Inc. The proposed contract will support the software upgrades and maintenance for NSi Care Innovation (CI), CI Interface; Oracle Tuxedo and Medicomp MEDCINEnterprise maintenance. These applications are accessed and used at Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) globally. The vendor will also be responsible for providing current updates and upgrades to the software.

Vendors that cannot provide current authorization letter from Kofax wil NOT be considered for this opportunity. *
