The Military Installation Contracting Command-Carlisle Barracks is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. The information requested by this Sources Sought announcement will be used within the Contracting Command to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the Command. This Sources Sought announcement is an advance notice for information and planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this Sources Sought announcement. The Command will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this Sources Sought announcement. Should any future requirement(s) evolve from this preliminary planning process, the period of performance is anticipated to be 01 NOV 12 through 31 OCT 13.

The U.S. Army War College, Carlisle Barracks requires support to the installation IAW Technical Services Center Support Plan. Items to be procure: Qty 1, 12 Month Annual Support Plan. Provide service desk assistance (routine or emergency), 24 hour, 7 days a week for 365 days to rectify/resolve any issues through telephone, Dial-up, phone or email communications to keep the Dialogic Communications Corporation (DCC) Communicator NXT functional. Provide application software updates.
