The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Plant CML, to furnish all parts, labor, supplies and materials for the following: CLIN 0001: QTY - 1 EACH NXT Mass Solution Suite Upgrade P/N UN43025. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the CLINs provided above, they must respond to this notice before 2:00 pm CST on 7 September 2010.
