Notice of Proposed Contract Action
This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. The award is to be a Firm-Fixed Price contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), "Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available." The contracting officer has determined that only one source is reasonably available: Diasorin Inc. located at 1990 Industrial Blvd S, Stillwater, MN 55082, the only known source capable of meeting the requirement.
The Department of the Air Force has a requirement for Diasorin Liaison Analyzers reagents as follows:
•§ The vendor will provide all reagents and kits for the Diasorin Liaison Analyzers.
•§ The vendor will deliver reagents with a minimum remaining shelf life of 6 months.
•§ Delivery: 2 Weeks ADC
