The Billings Area Indian Health Service is issuing this Special Notice RFQ(SN)-CSU-19-008-JJP Sources Sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify any potential vendors including Small Business Concerns having an interest in, and the resources to support, a Requirement for Food Subsistence and Supplies such as: Milk and Dairy Products; Bread and Bakery Products; Coffee and Tea Products; and Food Service Supplies - Perishable and Non-Perishable Products for the Crow/Northern Cheyenne IHS Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana, 59022. Refer to attachment A for a non-inclusive listing of items. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the procurements is: 311511 Fluid Milk Manufacturing, 311812 Commercial Bakeries, 311920 Coffee and Tea Manufacturing, 311991 Perishable Prepared Food Manufacturing. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This is a request for capability information and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Federal Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
