The Naval Air Systems Command has a requirement for support for Precision Approach Landing Systems (PALS) components and assemblies. This support includes providing  hardware procurements in support of the support the Digital Interrogator Set AN/UPX-37, AN/UPX-41(C), AN/UPX-42(C) and AN/UPX-45(C) and its subassemblies. To provide that support, an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract is anticipated to be issued for these systems and component units:

Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."

GENERAL INFORMATION: BAE Systems IESI (CAGE 80249) is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the applicable systems, and is the only known qualified, responsible source that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to fulfill the requirements specified. However, companies with capabilities to meet our requirement are requested to provide a response.
