The CLIN descriptions are hereby changed to read as follows:

CLIN 0001: DRT1201C-404/PRS wireless receiving system.  Lap Top Computer, carring case with cables, antennas, manual and embedded software/GUI software for all supported wireless format.  The DRT 1201C-0404 provided 4 ea DRT 1000/RFT3 Dual Channels RF Tuners (eight tuner channels; 20-3000 MHz coverage) and 4 ea.  DRT1000/WPM3 Wideband Processor Modules, using AC power.  A two year warranty is inlcuded.

CLIN 0002: DRT 1000C/WPM3A CPCI Wideband Processor Module for the DRT 1000C Wireless receiver product line, 6 ea.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

The 316th Contracting Squadron, Andrews AFB, Maryland, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Digital Receiver Technology (DRT) Inc., located at 20250 Century Blvd. Ste 300, Germantown, MD 20874-1102, for the purchase of the following: CLIN 0001 1 Each DRT 1201C-0404/PRS Wireless Receiving System; CLIN 0002 DRT 1000C/WPM3A CPCI Wideband Processor Module. The contract will result in a firm fixed price purchase order. Negotiation is being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
