The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), The National Agricultural Library (NAL) Special collections (SC) requires the digital reformatting (digitization) of motion picture films, video and audio for preservation and for access purposes.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01
