The proposed contract action is to award a follow-on Cost-only (no fee), Task Order (TO) driven, Level-of-Effort (LOE) contract to Automation Alley, a non-profit organization in Troy MI, for an estimated 100,000 composite labor hours; and, at an estimated total cost of up to $13,500,000.00 for industrial base and obsolescence-related research, management, and resolutions.
