This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG80-09-Q-3FAD91 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). HSCG80-09-Q-3FAD91 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-30. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS 721110 is $7.0 million. This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The anticipated award date is on or about February 19, 2009.
