ESKAN VILLAGE DFAC SUPPLIES

1. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Part 13 in conjunction FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only Combined Synopsis/Solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a proposal.
2. This announcement constitutes the only Combined Synopsis/Solicitation; quotations are being requested and no further solicitation will be made.
3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 33999 – All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing.
4. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (SAMS) at http://www.sams.gov, in order to be considered for award.
5. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number is: W912L2-22-Q-0002. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The award will be FIRM FIXED PRICE.
6. Quotes are due via email to the Contracting Specialist: [email protected] with RFQ# W912L2-22-Q-0002 in the SUBJECT line by 1500 SAST 07 DEC 2021. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cage code are required with quote submission.
7. Offerors are encouraged to check the Federal Business Opportunity (FEDBIZOPS) website at https://sam.gov/ for any amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation.
8. This acquisition is Unrestricted.
9. The Office of the Program Manager – Saudi Arabian National Guard is requiring:

Assorted DFAC cleaning supplies and accessories. See attached listing of required supplies.

Please supply your quote on your letterhead using the format provided in the required supplies. All prices must be submitted in SAR and you shall provide a separate column for the 15% Saudi Arabian Value Added Tax. (VAT)

1. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-07 Effective September 10, 2021.
2. Supplies will be delivered to Eskan Village, Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
3. All quoted supplies must be able to be delivered within 30 days of contract award.
4. Quotes shall remain valid for a minimum of 30 days after quote submission.
