This is combined synopsis (brand name or equal) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. Only written quotations will be accepted. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The associated NAICS code 334112. This solicitation is for Fireberd test package, accessories and testing. This RFQ contains five (5) line items. The line item description is as follows:

Clin 0001 - FB8000-P2 FIREBERD 8000 Datacom & Diphase Test Package - Quantity- 3 Each

Clin 0002 - RMD - 2000 Test pad Rack mount Drawer- Quantity -3 Each

Clin 0003 - RMS-2000 Rack mount Shelf Test pad 2000- Quantity -3 Each

Clin 0004 - AD-016416 Adapter Cord N. America- Quantity -3 Each

Clin 0005 - TT-FB8000 Network Testing with FB8000 (two day one site training) - Quantity - 1


This will delivered to Building the 82nd Communications Squadron at Langley AFB VA. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES.
