The DISA CI is seeking information from 8(a) potential sources for:  assistance to the DISA counterintelligence efforts to ensure all aspects of Agency Defense Critical Infrastructure Protection (DCIP) Programs, Research, Development and Acquisition (RDA) and Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) programs are in compliance with Agency and other governmental CI policies, directives, instructions and procedures; support advance notifications of foreign travel and contact with foreign nationals for all personnel and report these notifications to the DISA CI/Insider Threat Team according to DoD Instruction 5240.6; support analysis of Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) transactions; and support cyber and insider threat analysis.
