This request for quotation (RFQ) is to support the Defense Systems Agency (DISA) Workforce Services Directorate (WSD)'s requirement for the steam cleaning of 192 cubicle walls (interior and exterior walls of 192 cubicles cleaned.  Each cubicle has about eleven panels that need to be cleaned for a total of approximately 2100 panels.  The vast majority of the panels are 4' x 4', some are 2'x 4'. ) and the seat pan and face of the back of all 771 chairs, at the DISA Denver location.

All contractors must be registered in SAM (sam.gov) prior to award. Contractors should register in SAM prior to submitting the quotation, ensuring the appropriate NAICS code is reflected.

Contractors are requested to submit a written technical and price quotation in response to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1). The initial Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) (Attachment 2) is also attached for contractor reference. Further information on submission of technical and price quotations is provided throughout this document.
