Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Far Subpart 12.6 – streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items – as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued.
This solicitation is a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04(JAN 2020)
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335220 with a small business size standard of 1500.

Statement of Objective
The Nutrition Department has identified a need to replace its flight-type dish machine and break-down table. The department is looking for products that represent the best value to the government and vendors who have the resources to provide support for the redesign and replacement of the dish machine. This includes decommissioning of the area, removal of old equipment and installation of new equipment.
Statement of Work
Task 1 - New equipment
The contractor is to ensure quality products that represent the best value to the Government. Because this is a research environment, safety and efficiency are also critical factors. The contractor will quote, deliver, install (vendor assisted) the following equipment and supplies required for the project.

Flight type or conveyor type dish machine – A modern, efficient dish machine is needed to support cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, small wares and trays for the average 400 trays served per day at the NIH Clinical Center. The dish machine needs identified by the Nutrition Department include the following features:

The system (dish machine and breakdown table) must fit into 29 ft x 12 ft space with room for egress and ease of cleaning/maintenance.
This contract will cover Installation and removal costs associated with moving, procurement and any additional costs (storage) associated with the equipment. Additionally, the contract will include a continued maintenance plan for 4 years following installation.
The completion of the dish machine project, including all items and plans requested in the Statement of Work (SOW), must be purchased no later than September 30, 2020.
The items listed in the SOW must be received and in full working order to be accepted as final by the NIH Clinical Center.
Contractor personnel must adhere to standards of conduct during servicing hours
