This is an End-of-Year Requirement: Funds are not currently available and FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) is in effect. This is a conbined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included within this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; information is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4803-08-Q-B008 and is issued as a Request for Information (RFI).
