It is the intent of the Clarke County School District (“CCSD or District”) to obtain proposals from qualified (Proposers) individuals/firms/organization to conduct a DISPARITY STUDY of the District’s contractual awards for goods, services (professional and general), and public works construction within the District’s relevant marketplace. The District seeks proposals from Proposers with relevant experience and expertise in conducting comparable studies of discrimination and disparities in contracting and procurement. The Consultant shall be able to assess whether there are disparities between the utilization of minority- and women-owned businesses (MBEs and WBEs) in District procurement and the availability of MBE/WBEs.
