The National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped Division (NLS/BPH) of the Library of Congress requires contractor support to receive, process, and recycle or dispose of green containers at no cost to the Government. For the purposes of this solicitation the term "green containers" refers to low density polyethelene plastic mailing containers, the enclosed cassettes, and attached labels and mailing cards.
