The U.S. Department of Energy has issued a request for task order proposals to pre-qualified firms who have been issued a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for material disposition in accordance with FAR 16.7. The instant task order (DE-AT05-03OR22960) requires the contractor to process and provide final disposition for excess, potentially radioactively contaminated miscellaneous material of located at Idaho National Engineering and Environmental Laboratory (INEEL)to its licensed facility and disposition the material in accordance with its task order proposal. The Oak Ridge Operations Office conducts vendor prequalification and awards BOAs annually.
