The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue award a sole source modification to Contract N00024-11-D-4115 with Phoenix International Holdings, Inc., 9301 Largo Drive West, Largo, MD 20774 to continue diving and diving related services to support the Director of Ocean Engineering, Supervisor of Salvage and Diving. 

This contract will provide continued support pending the results of the competitive, follow-on solicitation N00024-15-R-4111 which is currently advertised on Fedbizopps. The modification period of performance will include an extension of six (6) month and one (1) three (3) month option period. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 488390 with size standard of $38.5M.
