Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities intends to award in a sole source basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a purchase order to Chapman and Co. The requirement is follow-on to continue strategic management planning for the reorganization of Division of Blood Disorders (DBD) and address concerns during the initial assessment conducted by Chapman and Co. The Contractor will continue to provide services through visioning sessions to clarify core DBD activities, complete organizational assessments, enhance leadership development and teambuilding consistent with DBD mission, priorities, research and program activities. This will be a 9 month performance period. This is not a Request for Quote. No purchase order will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel your firm possesses the ability to provide these services and knowledgeable of the DBD mission and core program activities, you must respond by demonstrating your firm's technical capability to meet the requirements. If no affirmative written response is received, the services will be awarded without further notice.
