Description of Requirement/SOW
The services covered in this solicitation and any resultant contract require the contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals necessary to provide appropriate disc jockey (DJ) services for high school age student dances located at the Weber Basin Job Corp Center in compliance with the specifications, provisions, terms and conditions of this solicitation. Award of this solicitation will result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) type contract.
Delivery/Period of Performance: November 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 with the possibility of annual contract extensions for one year each thereafter (not to exceed four extensions and dependent on availability of funding).
The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
Instructions for the Preparation of Quotations
Offerors shall submit with their quote a brief technical narrative describing its experience and technical capability as it relates to this requirement with inclusion of equipment available to dedicate to this project, key personnel and their abilities and subcontractor list (if applicable). Offeror shall also provide at least two past performance references (including phone numbers) for projects completed in the past three (3) years that were similar to this requirement. Refer to Section L.7 - Instructions for the Preparation of Proposal for complete information.
The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation criteria, listed under paragraph (a) of this provision, are as follows:
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
Technical Capability (the ability of the item or service to meet the Government's needs)
Price
Past Performance
Technical and past performances, when combined, are of greater value when compared to price.
