The purpose of this Amendment 01 is to:

1. Provide Government answers to Exhibit 1 (Questions/Answers Format), see attachment.

2. Provide updated Exhibit 4 - Section 508 ART Report, see attachment.

3. All other terms, conditions and requirements remain the same. Quotes remain due by July 10, 2023, 12:00 PM Central.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to develop and deliver annually, 200 Online Diagnostic Assessments (ODA) Testlets as defined in the PWS.
