Potential sources must have in place a Predictive Tool with the ability to meet the requirements identified in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all its attachments. It should be known that the Government does not intend to provide any Government Furnished Material nor fund any development of a Predictive Tool i.e. software or equipment etc. Potential sources are highly encouraged to review the PWS and its attachment in full to understand what the Predictive Tool capabilities requirements are.
In an effort to assist the Government with the understanding of your capabilities, potential sources can participate in the upcoming industry day. Sources should provide documentation of their Predictive Tool capabilities and other supporting material that they have to assist the requiring activity in understanding their Predictive Tool capabilities no later than 16 Apr 10. If you desire to participate in the industry day, complete the attached industry day participation document and submit it with your documentation of your Predicative Tool capabilities. Due to scheduling requirements, only those sources that submit the completed industry day participation document will be allowed to participate in the industry day.
