The contractor, as an independent contractor and not as an agent or employee of the government, shall be required to provide programmatic support services in support of the DOTD in order to support the mandate of Army Doctrine 2015. Specifically, the contractor will provide all the necessary labor and materials to accomplish the sub tasks presented below.
