REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND QUOTATION Number DOH24-023C PROJECT TITLE: Design and Printing Services WMG Educational Activity Booklets PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The State of Washington, Department of Health (hereafter referred to as “DOH”) is seeking qualified contractor(s) for Design and Print Services for the DOH Watch Me Grow Washington program. BIDDER ELIGIBILITY: The Washington State Department of Health is seeking a qualified contractor able to perform the work described in this Competitive Solicitation, including delivery of at least 10,000 education activity booklets per month (for up to an estimated amount of 100,000 per year) as described in Attachment A. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance of any contract(s) resulting from this RFP shall be approximately February 6, 2024 through December 31, 2024.
