WA DOH expects to execute a single contractual agreement for general janitorial services for our Tumwater Campus, Tumwater Warehouse, Tumwater Boat Shed, and the Medical Logistics Center in Lacey. WA DOH plans for an initial one-year agreement & reserves the right to extend the contract for up to 3 additional one-year terms, as funding becomes available, and as performance of services is evaluated. Unsatisfactory performance may result in the termination of the agreement.
