The Department of Labor, Office of Procurement Services intends to negotiate sole source commercial item procurement with TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. for Web Services for the Office of Public Affairs (OPA) for a period of 6 months with 2 three month options, which may be exercised by the agency, if needed (up to 12 months). The Contractor shall support a multi-year effort in the areas of Web and mobile application development; Web and content management; quality management; change configuration and release management; cloud hosting support; social media support services; enterprise and IT governance; technology support services including infrastructure support services; and Web content management which includes management of written and graphical content. The Contractor shall be required to furnish and maintain all necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities not otherwise provided by the Government, to meet the requirements described in this SOW. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than Noon, March 27, 2015, local time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
