OSPI intends to offer a sole source contract with United Ways of the Pacific Northwest for expansion of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library (DPIL) into all Washington counties. The proposed term of this contract is December 2021-June 2023. The DPIL is a book gifting program that provides free, age-appropriate, high-quality books to children ages zero to five no matter their family’s income. Books are mailed monthly to all registered children, at no cost to the child’s family.
