Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement to procure varying quantities of AN/AAQ-24(V)25 Department of Navy (DoN) Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures (LAIRCM) hardware, engineering (hardware/software), program management, configuration management, test and other support as required. The hardware procurement includes the following:

- Signal Processors (SPs)
- Infrared (IR) Missile Warning System (MWS) Sensors
- Advanced Threat Warning (ATW) Sensors
- Multi-Role Electro-Optical End-To-End Test Sets (MEONs)
- Guardian Laser Transmitter Assemblies (GLTAs)
- GLTA JPACS (shipping containers)
- High Capacity Cards (HCCs)
- Smart Connector Assemblies (SCAs)
- Repeaters
- Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasure Signal Processor Replacement (LSPR) Batteries
- Personal Computer Memory Cards, International Association (PCMCIAs)
This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis under NAVAIR solicitation N0001918R0002 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. NGSC is the sole developer, producer, and depot repair facility for the DoN LAIRCM system used by the United States Government.
