Sealed bids or proposals will be received at the office of the Town Manager in The Richard D Carney Municipal Office Building, 100 Maple Avenue Shrewsbury Massachusetts until 1100 am local time on Thursday, October 12 2023 for installation of twenty six (26) helical piles to be used to support a dock with an add alternate to build and install the dock according to plans found attached. All bids will be clearly labeled "Donahue Rowing Center Dock Expansion Bid Submission." The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and waive informalities in the bidding procedure, or to accept the proposal deemed best for the Town.
