Oak St., Scottsdale AZ 85257-1101for Blood Donor Testing in support of our Blood Bank located in the Laboratory Department.  Utilization of Barcode ISBT-128 is required.  NAICS Code 621511, FAR Part 13.  This is not a request for proposals.  No solicitation document will be issued.  Determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
