The IRS Office of Information Technology Acquisitions (OITA) negotiated a sole source
contract for (4) Dossier Kits Warranty to Logicube, Inc, 19755 Nordhoff PL, Chatsworth, CA 91311. The warranty for the Dossier Kits is needed to support The Department of the Treasury clients. Logicube is the only vendor that is capable of providing this particular warranty. This action resulted in a Firm Fix Priced contract for a 12 month period of performance from May 01, 2014 through April 30, 2015 with one additional Option Year with the period of performance from May 01, 2015 through April 30, 2016. The NAICS code is 334118 and a size standard of 1,000 employees. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302. This is a notice of intent to award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE.
